She Shines Collective helps fund hair services for women in need, reminding each guest that beauty, care, and confidence belong to us all. Fueled by community and the heart of Studio 356, we brighten lives one act of kindness (and one hair appointment) at a time. 🤍

How Donations Work

Donations received each month are applied to appointments scheduled the following month. For example, gifts received in December will fund She Shines Collective appointments in January.

This structure allows us to plan services responsibly and ensure every contribution is used with care and purpose.

Services We Offer
Our goal is to provide services that help each woman feel refreshed, confident, and cared for.
Services are based on funding and best fit for each guest and may include:

Single-process color (going darker)

Simple foil services (mini or partial, based on available funds)
Where/when: Services are performed on select Protege Days by trained Co-Stylists/Apprentices, guided by mentor stylists to ensure a beautiful result and a soothing, Studio 356 experience.

Do I have to be a sponsor to give?
No, sponsorship is not required to give. Any amount, even one time will help provide services to women in need. Every contribution, no matter the size will help make a positive impact in our community.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
At this time, She Shines Collective is a community fund administered by Studio 356 and not a registered 501(c)(3). Contributions are not tax-deductible.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. When purchasing a gift card, use the recipient email SheShinesCollectiveCulpeper@gmail.com and the name Studio 356 to remain private.
What if more people apply than we can serve right now?
We keep a rolling list of applicants and reach out as funding becomes available. No one is forgotten.
What if I’d like my gift to fund a specific service?
Add a note with your gift card purchase. While we can’t guarantee restrictions, we’ll honor donor intent whenever possible while serving the greatest need.
